Thank you for choosing Liliana Cook. The following are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders will be processed/shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note that no shipments or deliveries are made on national holidays. Purchased replacement parts and parts under warranty will be processed/shipped within 2-5 days if in stock; otherwise, replacement warranty parts may take up to 6 weeks to ship if the part/item is out of stock. *Orders placed during special events (such as new product releases, restocks, or sales/promotions) may take up to 10 business days to ship from our warehouse. We reserve the right to use any carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping to the contiguous United States for orders over $75. Shipping costs are at your own expense to Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories including Puerto Rico and APO Post Offices. Please note that we ship via carriers such as FedEx, USPS, or OnTrac. Please note that there may be occasional delays in shipping times and we cannot guarantee all delivery times. Thank you for your patience!
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
All shipping times (including expedited services) are not guaranteed and no refunds will be given for delays. Currently, FedEx has suspended all guaranteed delivery services except overnight delivery. Our policy will be updated when FedEx renews its guarantee for all express services.
Orders for expedited shipping will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship the following vans to APO addresses: W6, W4 Elite/Luxe, L2, L4, VW4, M1, and X4.
The following vans can only be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via FedEx at this time: W6, W4 Luxe, VW4, and L4.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Liliana Cook is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on your order. Any fees (duties, taxes, etc.) incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation Policy
We work quickly to process your order and get it to you as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted, there is no guarantee that it will be cancelled. To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer service team at Support@LilianaCook.shop
and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Return Policy
Our Return Policy details the return options and process. If you send your package back to us while it is in transit, you will be charged the applicable return label fee.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping; however, we do have authorized sellers who can provide this service!
Lost and Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or misdirected, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the courier within 60 days of receipt. Thank you for your understanding, if you contact us after this period, we will not be able to assist you.
