Liliana Cook Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Coverage:
When you purchase a new, unused Liliana Cook product, you are entitled to receive a product free of any manufacturing defects within 30 days of the date of product delivery. Claims must be made within 30 days of the date of product delivery. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Product Warranty Extension: When you purchase a new, unused Liliana Cook product from www.LilianaCook.shop
or an authorized seller, your product is covered by our one-year manufacturer's warranty. Our warranty covers parts that affect the functionality of the product. *All accessories purchased from February 1, 2023 are covered by our extended warranty
Liliana Cook Product Warranty Extension:
Liliana Cook luggage products purchased through www.LilianaCook.shop or authorized sellers are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of delivery.
Warranty Claim Process:
When submitting a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, which includes the date of purchase, the name of the retailer, and a list of the items purchased. If you are unable to provide this information, we will not be able to process your claim.
After reviewing your claim, if we find that your Liliana Cook product has a manufacturing defect that affects the function of the product, we will repair or replace the part or product at our discretion, free of charge. In some cases, we will ask you to return the damaged part to our warehouse for inspection. If the part is not shipped within three weeks of receiving the return label, the warranty on your product will be void for the remaining warranty period.
International customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of the warranty/replacement part.
Exclusions and Limitations:
Certain exclusions will void or not apply to the one-year warranty, including but not limited to:
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, abuse, and alteration, including damage caused by aftermarket accessories
Damage caused by corrosion, mold, rust, sunlight, sweat, detergents, sunscreen, damp storage, frequent washing, improper maintenance, improper storage, or not keeping dry
Exceeding weight limits
Not using as directed
Not following warning labels and recommendations on instructions or packaging
Abandoning items
Damage caused by accident, freight, or air shipment
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. However, it does not cover damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, hail, storms, and damage caused by animals/rodents.
Certified Refurbished Open Box products sold directly by Liliana Cook are covered by a 12-month warranty. Please note that this warranty only covers functional issues, not cosmetic issues. Open Box products purchased from any other retailer are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Abuse:
If you abuse our warranty, the customer will no longer be able to make warranty claims on past or future Liliana Cook purchases, and the customer will be removed from all Liliana Cook programs in which they participate.
Warranty Expired:
If your warranty has expired and you need to order a replacement part, please contact us at Support@LilianaCook.shop.
Unauthorized Dealers:
We want our customers to fully enjoy our products and strongly caution them not to purchase from unauthorized dealers.
Since we do not have an official relationship with these retailers, we may not be able to assist you if you experience issues with your product purchase.
To ensure the integrity of your purchase, we recommend that you only purchase our products from authorized dealers. We officially endorse these dealers and any warranties are only valid for these official retailers.
Please contact us regarding the vendor in question and we will confirm if they are authorized!
Customer Responsibilities:
As part of our warranty process, it is the customer's responsibility to submit a warranty claim through our website. This includes uploading relevant photos, videos, and providing detailed order information as well as proof of purchase.
Liliana Cook reserves the right to modify or revise the warranty policy at any time, with or without notice.
Only the warranties expressly mentioned herein apply under this policy. No other warranties, express or implied, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply.
